Almost 150 years old  thebeautiful house is steeped in history,  the famous composer Gustav Mahler spent his youth there. During 2002 - 2003 the property underwent a total reconstruction then in May 2004 was re-opened as the Mahler’s Guesthouse "on the wall" . Inside the rustic style is evident, here you will find arches and beautiful original  beamed ceilings.

Visitors can relax in whirlpool bath and infrared sauna. 

In close neighborhood there are a lot of historical monuments – UNESCO monuments, cycling way, pedestrian way. Beautiful Jihlava ZOO is in distance 5 minutes by walk.

A minute walking distance from Mahler’s Guesthouse there is a new construction of shopping and entertainment centre City park Jihlava, which is going to be open in autumn 2008.
